How to make Kebab (Macam mana nak buat kebab?)
After being annoyed by the kebab shop near my house (the owner suddenly refused giving me student discounts and telling me a bunch of dumb stories), I said that’s it… I’m going to make my own kebab.
So, last night for dinner, I did make my very own kebab.
Here’s how I did it.
Ingredients you need are:
1. Meat strips
2. Pita bread
3. Sauces
4. Salad (sliced)
5. Tomato (sliced)
6. Onion (sliced)
7. You can also add some cheese and mushroom.
Firstly, brown the meat strips.

About a week ago, a bunch of us drove down to the Gold Coast to do some whale watching. It was a good trip actually. We were on the boat for, give or take, around 4 hours.
The only disappointment was the fact that there were quite a lot of the people.
They claimed on their website that the number of passengers will be capped to 60, but based on my observation, there were more than that. Oh well…
The Whale Watching trip was also an opportunity for me to test out my Nikon D80. A 70-300mm lens was snapped on, a lens hood was attached, the barrel fully extended, and off I went, snapping away. I took about 400 plus pictures that day. Ahhhh… The beauty of digital cameras. Oh, by the way, I also used the 18-55mm lens and the small 50mm f1.8D lens.
Here are some samples. They were not altered in any way by Photoshop, so they may not look their best. The only alteration I made was to compress them so that it is easy to post them up on my blog.

Wordpress 2.6 was recently released. This morning, after backing up my blog contents, I decided to upgrade my Wordpress 2.5.1 to Wordpress 2.6.
After a successful attempt at upgrading, I tried clicking on links and posts on my blog. Crap… Problems… The main page of my website was alright but upon clicking posts and etc., the 404 Error Message came up.
What have I done??????
I tried disabling and enabling the plugins, tried doing this and that, but nothing seems to work.

Alright folks, here are more Brisbane Night Sky photos snapped with my newly acquired Nikon D80. It is not from Mount Coot-tha (previous post). The photos were taken from the balcony of my friend’s.
Equipments used were the Nikon D80, a tripod, and a variety of lenses (the usual).

Here are a number of night photography shots taken with Nikon D80, using various manual and semi-manual settings. The photos were shot atop Mount Coot-tha in Queensland, Australia.
Lenses used were the 18-55mm lens and the 70-300mm lens. A tripod was also used for all the shots.
I know I know, most of the shots are horrible. But hey, I’ve got a good excuse. I’m just starting out! ;)
Also, apologies if I’m using the wrong photography terms. Still getting the hang of all the jargons.
1. Shutter priority, 30 seconds. ISO 800.
