Folks, if you receive the same e-mail message as below, please be careful. It’s got virus attached to it.

Once it arrives in your mail inbox, DELETE the message straight away. Don’t open the attachment.

We conduct regular wiretapping on our networks, to monitor criminal acts.

We are aware of your illegal activities on the internet wich were originating from

You can check the report of your activities in the past 6 month that we have attached. We strongly advise you to stop your activities regarding the illegal downloading of copyrighted material of your internet access will be suspended.

    these guys make it bad and ruin it for every one! trying to enjoy the internet if i was them id just sell my computer so i wouldnt be embaressed anymore for this scam ! because they dont have the NUTS to leave people alone that are trying to enjoy the internet they give the human race a BAD NAME !!!!

    True Jeff.

    I guess these people get a kick over ruining others.

    Anyway, just a note. In the future, if any of you received weird looking e-mails, delete them. If you really want to know what they are about, oh well, google is at your service.

    First lesson in knowing whether or not an e-mail is a spam >> the grammar used in the e-mail is a dead giveaway.

    Configure your mail client to strip messages of zip attachments.. as well as BMPs and other file types that are regularly used to get viruses on to systems. Or use a secure mail gateway that strips these attachments before forwarding the message to you with a warning. You can use a commercial one or build one of your one with linux, mailscanner & spamassassin
