Kudos to Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)!

I went to the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) a month ago to register a business. It was a pretty easy task. It was a sole proprietorship business, so there was not much things to be done.

Allow me to say first that in Malaysia, it seems to be a culture for folks assisting you to not even make eye contact. Not to mention, they can be rude and unhelpful sometimes. It’s as if, the customers need the business, and not the business needs the customers. Sometimes, you feel like you being a customer is a nuisance to them. Also, only in Malaysia where a whole lengthy transaction can happen without any words muttered by both parties. Only hand signals will do. Amazing I tell you. Bloody amazing.

That’s not true with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia’s (SSM) staff however. They were very friendly. They talk to you, they smile at you, and etc. A big thumbs up for the folks at Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)!! Kudos to you guys!! I came out of the place very happy.

yeahh… but why they should change their attitude while you yourself are not..

wanna change? change ourself first before we talk about others..

  2. yup, that’s true..I’m strongly behind you,I think they’re overwhelmed with a spirit of egoism.,this needs for reformation i guess..but like the arabian country where i’m staying now is worse..always got upset dealing with ’em everyday,,maybe because of their ‘padang pasir’ nature huh,,always get hot easily..
